Abstract
ALPHABET AND ORTHOGRAPHY QUESTİONS ON THE DOBRUJA TATAR TURKS
Dobruja Tatar Turks had created the literature from Mehmet Niyazi and Necip Hacı Fazıl. However they had not make unity on the alphabet and orthography. Forces and guidances that they were exposed to Dobruja Tatar Turks under communism had been influenced on this case.<
