Abstract
SCALE DEVELOPMENT ABOUT CHARACTERICTS OF PEOPLE FROM RİZE AND THE RESEARCH ABOUT COMMITMENT ON RİZE AND RİZE’S CULTURE
In Turkey, people from Rize is known as different characteristics. Especially they are well- know people in terms of their sense of humor and also they are very successfull people in different areas. The aim of this study is to examine the characteristics of people from Rize who have different personality and success. For this reason, the goal of this study is to develop a scale in order to measure the personality of people from Rize. The researcher is expecting that this scale is used by other researchers with different topics. In the meantime, this research proves the demographic characteristics of people from Rize and also it reveals the participants’ commitment to Rize regional culture and their connections with Rize.<
