Abstract
1920’lerin Başında Türkiye’deki Sovyet–Batı Mücadelesinde Ukrayna Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyeti
On basis of published documents and worked literatures a place and a role of Ukrainian SSR in organization of Soviet-Turkish relations and Soviet-Western contra-resist in Black Sea region in beginning of 1920’s are determined. A process of diplomatic negotiations between Soviet Ukraine and Turkey for signing of repatriation treaty (1921) and political agreements (1922), content its contracts for Bospor and Dardanelly straits are analysed. A party of Ukrainian SSR in making of Soviet financial and military-technical help to Turks in their war against Greece is explained. Motives of Turkish consent on leaving opened of Bospor and Dardanelly straits for military naves, in particular, of Great Britain are set. Reasons of Ukranian SSR’s embassy was not organized in Ankara are indicated.<
