The Ukraine Media:Relations between Policy and Media and Post-Independence Developments and Problems
The Ukraine gained independence after the collapse of the Soviet Union. After the Ukrainan media to create it's own printed press and radio and television companies Most of the local/regional newpapers were transformed from soviet-style publications into new western-style publications.. They were re-reggistered; changing their names and sometimes editors. But the press freedom was still problem.<
