Abstract
EVALUATION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING COURSE PROGRAM IN NON-FORMAL EDUCATION
Globalization and technological change are creating many jobs and professions while destroying jobs and professions. The qualifications that many people possess are rapidly becoming obsolete along with jobs and professions. In this context, it is becoming increasingly difficult for a person to complete his/her working life and career with a single qualification. These developments have resulted in the implementation of lifelong learning programs within the EU and the increasing importance of non-formal education. In Turkey, vocational non-formal education activities are generally carried out in educational institutions under the Ministry of National Education. It can be said that the concept of adult education, which is expressed with complementary concepts such as public education, non-formal and continuous education, is a discipline area that makes its importance and necessity felt more and more intensely in the world and in Turkey. In this research, which aims to evaluate the module programs implemented in public education centers, the survey model from quantitative research method was used. The population of the research consists of 341 master trainers and teachers who continue their work in Sivas Public Education Center in the 2022-2023 academic year. As a result of the research, it was determined that the master trainers and teachers participating in the study were generally satisfied with the achievements of the module program. It was determined that their opinions on the subjects of the module program were generally positive. It was concluded that their opinions on the learning and teaching process of the module program were positive and similarly, their opinions on the measurement and evaluation process of the module program were positive.
