Abstract
The Efforts of Russians to Provoke Kurdish Tribes Against Ottoman Empire
During the 19th century, Southern Caucasian invader Russia insistently tried to provoke Kurdish groups against Ottoman on the Ottoman-Iranian border in the wars between Ottoman and Russia. Russia established close relations with Armenians as well as Kurdish groups to dominate on Armenian revolution as a part of its invasive policy. From the announcement of II. Constitutional Government to I. World War, Russia endeavored to start rebellion and confusion in the east by the diplomats who were in Ottoman territory and in Iran. In this study we want to reveal Russian efforts and misleading efforts of persons who endeavoring for Russian interests.<
