Abstract


Spying Activities in The Black Sea (1914-1918)
In the begining of WWI, extensive spying activities were executed in The Black Sea. These were wireless-telegram and military elements rolling up to the coasts that obtained intelligence. The aim of these activities were to be informed about fleet of Ottoman and interrupting way of reinforcement. On the other hand, precautions were taken by Ottoman Government for preventing subject of Entente Powers that would likely join to the spying activities. Within this context the subject of Allied were sent to inside places of Anatolia. Thus detrimental activities against the state were tried to prevent by the Ottoman Government. While these precautions were taken, in the environment of war The Ottoman had exerted about protecting human rights possibly. <
