Özet
Osmanlı Devleti?nde asırlarca çeşitli etnik ve dinî grupların bir arada yaşamasını sağlayan millet sistemi on dokuzuncu yüzyılda milliyetçilik akımlarının etkisiyle sarsılmıştır. Osmanlı Devleti?nin yıkılması ile Türkiye Cumhuriyeti?ne miras kalan meselelerden biri de azınlık meselesi olmuştur. Bu makalede Lozan Antlaşmasında taraflarca azınlık meselesinin ele alınışı ve mübadele konu edilmektedir.<

Abstract
The System of Millet in the Ottoman Empire, which ensured peaceful cohabitation of various ethnic and religious groups within the empire for many centuries, dissolved in the 19th century with the impact of nationalist movements. Thus, one of the questions that rised with the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, and that was inherited by the Turkish Republic was the minorities. This essay deals with approaches of various sides to this question during the Lausanne peace negotiations, and the following exchange of populations between Turkey and Greece.<
