Özet
Genel ahlak, aile düzeni ve kamu düzeni ile ilişkilendirilen cinsel suçların mahkemeye yansıma süreci çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu suçlar, bir taraftan bizzat mağdurlar tarafından bir taraftan da mahalleli veya köylü ile yerel idareciler tarafından mahkemeye yansıtılmıştır. Bu süreç en iyi şer’iyye sicillerinden örneklerle anlatılabilirdi. Bu sebeple de çalışmanın temel kaynağı 1624-1650 yılları arasında tarihlenen Amasya Şer’iyye Sicilleridir.

Abstract
The topic of this study consists of general morality, family order and the process of reflection to court for the sexual crimes which is associated with public order. These crimes are reflected to court by the victims themselves, on the other hand by the peasant, residents and local authorities. This process can be ideally described by use of the examples of the court records. For this reason, the main source of this study is the court records of Amasya which dated between 1624 and 1650.
