Abstract
The Banking on East Black Sea
The commercial activities in East Black Sea has existed for many years. However, the banking started 19. centuries. It has increasingly continued since that time. In this study, firstly the development, of banking activities starting since 19. Centuries in East Black Sea then it’s current situation and affect to region is investigated and made comparison to other regions in Turkey.
