Turkish Presence in Rumania from Past up to Today
It is hard to say that societies’ recent state, political and governmental understandings and construction (establishment) are not affected from the inheritance of the past and from this point of view societies carries the responsibilities of the foundations, merits and behaviours inherited from the previous generations. In other words, economical, social, political, administrative and cultural understandings and establishments come into existence in the history of mankind and society, in a cumulative quality and (via) following historical continuity course. States, nations and the qualities that are acceptable for society
