Turkey's Trade Exchange Procedures During The Second World War
"Barter trade procedure" is making a process of exchange of goods between countries without the use of money Monetary shortages before the Second World War and during the war years has highlighted the barter style trading. Because of the shortage of cash taken in this period, Turkey has applied to trade barter procedure. In fact,in the Turkish foreign trade the share of barter trade in the procedure during the war years reached up to 80%.During this period Turkey has taken the industrial products for agricultural products and mineral resources. <
