Abstract
A General Sociological Evaluation of the Kelkit River Basin in Terms of Social and Economical Dynamics and Problems
The rural development İs one of the major problems of developing countries. As a developing country Turkish society is still strugling with this problem The main aim of this study is to describe the social and economical problems of rural Turkey. The Kelkit River Basin selected as the research area. The data which was gathered in the field researches was used to achieve the aim. A couple of fieldworks were carried out in the field within last two years.<
