Abstract
The Land of Chronical Conflict in The Caucasus: The Upper Karabagh Autonomous Region
One of the problems preoccupying the international agenda following the deconstruction of the USSR's is the Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict on Nagorno-Karabakh. Since the dispute rooted in the compulsory settlement policies of the Russian Empire could not be resulted by these two states necessitated the intervention of global actors as USA and EU with the regional actors as RF, Turkey and Iran. These developments have complicated the conflict rather than serving towards its solution. The article evaluates the back-ground of the question and how it has become a perplexing matter.<
