Abstract
Russian Poet Anna Ahmatova, Mother of Lev Gumilyov, and the Supressions Between 1920-1925
Begining of the twenties (NEP years) was the fırst conflict with the Soviet regime for Akhmatova. In this article we try to show the reasons of this conflict. But at the same time we must emphasize that Akhmatova's patriotic feelings for her country were appreciated by the government of that time and she was never arrested like the other intellectuals although publication of her works were prohibited.<
