Abstract
Contributions to the Compied Dictionary from Giresun Eynesil's Dialect
Today, the rapid spread of technology and the migration from the villages to the town cause the words in the dialects to be forgotten. There are deficiencies and mistakes in the compilation dictionary that was made in this area. In order to overcome these deficiencies, it is necessary to make compilations and to process these compilations. This study was carried out to contribute to the compilation dictionary from the Eynesil district in Giresun province. In the study, it was determined that some of the words which are compiled from different parts of Eynesil were not in the Compilation Dictionary, and some were different. The current work has also been done to overcome this shortcoming. The compilations were made from different parts of the village. While compiling, women who are illiterate are preferred over middle ages. At the end of the study, 82 different words and phrases that were not in the compilation dictionary were identified and interpreted
