Abstract
Quo Vadis Kosovo with a Dependent Independence?
The independence granted to Kosova in February 2008 seems an acceletarion of the historical process. But the very headiness and carelessness, though the past 10 years, contain potential and new problems of the period before us. Western countries made a great mistake by referring these problems to the future. Mistake of Russia was to support Serbian discourse unconditionally, instead of producing its own Kosovo politics. Thus, they failed to ee even the proposals for solution in the Serbian side. The Kosovars will unlikely learn being independent so easy. Economical difficulties will not leave the country for a long time, but expectancies willl focus on controlling influence of ethnical behaviour on the politics.<
